In 2023, 2024, and 2025, I collaborated with El Mitote Repostería Fina to create cookies themed around various holidays such as September 16th (Mexican Independence Day), Halloween, Day of the Dead, and Christmas. It's always incredibly exciting to see a digital illustration transformed into a cookie — I never imagined I’d get to eat one of my own illustrations! It’s one of my favorite projects.
